Short, because we collect almost nothing.
Your invoices
Invoices, client details and your logo are created and stored in your browser’s local storage on your device. They are not sent to Folio or to anyone else. PDFs are generated in your browser. We cannot see, recover or delete your invoices; clearing your browser’s site data removes them.
This website
The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and uses no third-party analytics. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, page requested, time) for security, for up to 30 days.
When you write to us
If you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address and message, and use them only to reply. Messages are deleted after twelve months unless they are part of an ongoing conversation. If you join the Pro early-access list, we will email you once when Pro is available.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete anything we hold about you by writing to hello@folioinvoice.com. We respond within thirty days.
