Using Folio

Folio is provided free of charge to create invoices for your own business. You may use the invoices you create for any lawful purpose. You own your invoices and everything you type into them.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of your invoices, including tax rates, tax registration numbers and amounts. Folio performs arithmetic on the figures you enter; it does not give tax, legal or accounting advice.

Storage

Invoices are stored only in your browser. We are not able to recover invoices that are deleted or lost when browser data is cleared. Keep backups of anything you need.

No warranty

Folio is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from its use.

We may update these terms. The date below shows when they last changed.
