Free tools
three small calculators for the parts of invoicing that involve arithmetic. Each one uses the generator’s own rules, and passes its numbers straight into a new invoice.
Tools
- i.Invoice number generatorChoose a prefix, the year and the number of digits, see your next invoice numbers, and start an invoice with the first.
- ii.Invoice tax calculatorPrice, discount, tax, shipping and deposit in; subtotal, tax, total and balance due out, exactly as the invoice will show them.
- iii.Sales tax calculatorAdd sales tax to a price, or take it out of a tax-inclusive total, at the rate you enter.
How they work
Nothing you type is sent anywhere. The tools run in your browser, like the generator, and none of them guesses a tax rate for you.
The same arithmetic
The tax calculator uses the generator’s own code, so its totals are the totals your invoice will show.
Straight into an invoice
Each tool opens a new invoice with its numbers filled in. Your saved invoices are left as they are.
Your rate, not ours
Tax rates depend on where and what you sell, and they change. You enter the rate; the tools do the sums.
